The room was clean and cozy. Perfect location near the railway station and Old Town. Spacious bathroom with hot water. Friendly cleaning staff. Great breakfast included. Helpful reception staff. Tours available to book.

The hotel's location to the city's Old Town is unbeatable, just a stone's throw away. I was able to explore the beautiful streets and landmarks of this city with ease. there were numerous coffee shops in close proximity, perfect for a quick caffeine fix. The breakfast served at the hotel was delicious, with continental options to satisfy any appetite. The staff was friendly, ensuring that I had a pleasant stay.

We loved to be here, its location and comfort. Beds were very old, nonetheless it was truly a very comfortable stay. The breakfast included scrambled eggs, toast and bangers for everyone.
A little tired bathroom, Wi-Fi was kind of slow, we were a little disappointed.

This hotel is a hidden gem just outside the city walls, making it the perfect location for exploring. The staff are friendly and helpful, ensuring a warm welcome and attentive service throughout our stay. The rooms are well-maintained and comfortable, with the added bonus of being able to open the windows for fresh air. We loved waking up to the beautiful view and enjoyed a delicious breakfast with a great selection of hot dishes and a fantastic coffee machine.
Everything was ok, no improvements needed.

actually everything was fine, my next choice again in krakow. there were great location and staff for a pleasant stay. i liked the room with a balcony, the bed was comfortable. they offered scrambled eggs, toast and bangers for breakfast.

The location of the hotel is fantastic. It is just across the street from the entrance to the Old Town, making it easy to explore the main square and the Christmas market. it is a short walk away from Pope John Paul's church, the train station, and the old town center.
Some repairs were not being done, and there was a trip hazard at the front door that the staff did not address despite being informed multiple times.

Staff were beautiful, wi-fi was good, and I enjoyed its picturesque location near to the bus station, transport links and the old town. The breakfast had plenty of options: bangers, toast and scrambled eggs. You guys made my stay great.

Convenient check-in/out times, close to main station and historic center. Roomy breakfast room, always plenty of free tables and easy access to buffet and coffee machines. Everything in good working order - lift, bathroom, TV, bedroom windows. Helpful staff at reception desk and breakfast room. The bed was comfortable and the room was warm.

The shower in our room had a leaking tray and broken shower head, but the hotel promptly fixed these issues. The beds were comfortable and the one-bed apartment with a balcony overlooking a church was lovely. The staff at the reception were helpful and friendly. The location was excellent, just a short walk from the train station and market square.
